The Founders
Chris has spent the last 30 years building original IP games. He co-founded studios such as Media Molecule, FreeStyleGames and Delinquent Interactive, held VP roles with Electronic Arts and Activision and invested/advised teams such as Hello Games, Tripledot, Hutch, Space Ape and Omeda Studios.
Chris Lee
Rod Drury founded global small business accounting platform Xero leading it to a top performing $AU20B+ ASX100 company employing over 5000 people in 25+ locations.
After creating a number of successful technology businesses Rod was named by Investopedia as one of the Worlds Top 10 Serial Entrepreneurs, awarded AMS 2017 Global Marketer of the Year, 2017 Deloitte Top 200 Visionary Leader, 2013 EY New Zealand Entrepreneur of the Year, NZ Herald Business Leader of the year in 2012, NZ Hi-Tech Hall of Fame, NZ Hi-Tech Entrepreneur of the Year in 2006 and 2007, World Class New Zealander for ICT in 2008 and an Honorary Fellow of the Institute of IT Professionals NZ.
More recently Rod has substantially invested in developing Queenstown as a global biking destination and created the World Mountain Bike Awards.
Rob Drury
Matt is renowned the world stage of mountain biking having won numerous top level slopestyle MTB events as well as competing in the Red Bull Hardline series of elite downhill races. Matt became a Red Bull athlete in 2014 and continues to represent them as their UK freeride athlete.
Matt is the cofounder of Helfare, a global mountain bike and lifestyle apparel brand. In 2017 he started his YouTube career which has climbed into the top 3 most followed and most influential athlete led MTB channels.

Matt Jones
Jono Jones
Jono is a professional mountain bike rider from the UK.
As a current Red Bull Hardline competitor, Jono competed in the Downhill World Cup for multiple years and was previously selected for the World Championships.
Jono joined Cascade after seven years in the Banking sector, focusing on Infrastructure Debt Origination.
